A monster pianist, a monster drummer, and a handful of great talents surround Master Tuba-Provost Professor for the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, Dan Perantoni! Perantoni’s performance world is one of perfection and never missing a note, which explains his hesitation to get out of his comfort zone and record a jazz CD. But the results are exceptional! Steve Allee, one of the great jazz pianist/arrangers in the world, really brings the music to life with his creative arrangements and brilliant piano playing. Renowned jazz drummer Steve Houghton also teaches at Indiana University, and has shared stages and studios with luminaries such as Woody Herman, Freddie Hubbard, Clay Jenkins, and more.
